Where he’s named
Xbox Wire’s campaign preview places him at Oria Stadium, partway through Chapter 2 of the E-Day campaign demo: Bravo Squad links up with Tai Kaliso and Theta Squad there, right as the squad gets its hands on the game’s prototype Chainsaw Lancer. Xbox Wire, Danielle Partis · this site’s own campaign preview roundup.
The Premium edition’s storefront listing separately names a Bloodied Hunter Epic character skin “for Tai,” bundled with the Death’s Rendezvous Marcus skin in the Emergence Customization Pack. See Every edition gets the same pre-order bonus for everything else in that pack.
Beyond that, he only appears in the game’s text. Squad callouts and mission lines use his name, and his surname Kaliso, directly:
- “Kaliso is down.”
- “Kaliso needs help.”
- “Tai!”
- “Tai, Michaelson, and Breaktide take coastal path.”
- “Michaelsson & Tai.”
Quoted as the game writes them, including both spellings of Michaelson. Nothing published says whether Michaelson or Breaktide is part of Theta Squad.
