In-game description
The Longshot is a single-shot, bolt-action, precision weapon designed to deliver death from a considerable distance, thanks to its mounted scope and long barrel. Primarily used by COG Army snipers, a single high-velocity round can reduce a target's head to a fine red mist. Standard procedure is to stay in cover, if you happen to spot the tell-tale glint of its scope before the shooter gets a bead on you.
